ترحمنا من طلعة جنابك حبتين
عايزين نجرب خلقة تانية
ولو يومين
اسمع بقى
إحنا زهقنا من النعيم
ونفسنا في يومين شقا
عايزين نجرب الاضطهاد
ونعوم ونغرق في الفساد
بيني وبينك حضرتك
دا شعب فقرى مايستحقش جنتك
أنا عارفه شعب ماينفعوش
إلا شارون وبلير وبوش
عايز يجرب الامتهان
ويعيش عميل للأمريكان
بيمد ‎"غازه‎" لإسرائيل
ويومين كمان ويمد نيل
أهو يعنى نشرب ميه واحدة
ندوب في بعض
ماء وماء وماء
ونفض سيرة الانتماء
وبلاها نعرة وطنطنة
تبقى البلاد ‎"مستوطنة ‎"

إيه اللي خدناه م الكرامة والإباء
حبة خطب وكلام‎...كلام
إحنا راهننا على النظام
ورضينا بخيار السلام
بخيارحنسد عين الشمس بيه
علشان مايطلعش النهار
ويطلع لمين؟
حبة معارضة مغرضين؟
وحسب بيان السلطة
شلة مأجورين؟
ياعم فضك سيرة
وارضى بقسمتك
دا شعب مش فاهم أكيد
يالا اطرده من رحمتك
وإن كنت غاوي الحكم
خليك مطرحك
حاغطس واقب وأعود
بشعب يريحك
راضى وعمره مايجرحك
أخرس ومايسمعش
وأعميلك عينيه
مش كل قرش يبص فيه
مايقولش لأه، وفين، وليه
يضرب ينفض في السليم
وعلى الصراط المستقيم
كل اللي يعرف ينطقه
عاش الزعيم

  Sometimes I search for a quote just to put it in the "personal message" blank of the messenger, as if I'm the wise guy who remembers such quotes and follows such wise words in his life. But that one   was different that I couldn't neglect or just write it without thinking for a while…"Try not to become a man of success...but rather try to become a man of value"—Albert Einstein.

  VALUE, this is the point. While having some free time before my next exam, the question is back and still has no answer...Does my value mean my grades or my few successful things I did in my life once upon a time. Einstein answered, success is nothing to be compared with value, u might be successfull in ur life...u may make a lot of money...u may acheive high ranks and become a famous person...but still after all this with no VALUE. It became clear to me when I found ourselves being very angry or "sad" for doing bad in one of our exams…if it's not u…it's me. I became so depressed after my math exam, and then ,for some reason ,I found it meaningless to be sad for such thing as long as I was just a programmed machine which had some information to practice and then accomplish the mission by passing an exam. Value may be arguing about a topic rather than just accepting it for what it is. Value may be helping someone with what I learnt. Einstein himself wasn't honored enough for his achievements when he was alive as his theories weren't well understood except when he died…this man wasn't successful as he didn't see the result of his work…but no one can deny that Einstein was an effective valuable scientist. Then, our success in exams or educational life may be a step on the way, but let it be the way to VALUE and not the way to another success. It's not so early to think about ur value in life…and for sure, value is not obtained by someone for himself, it's usually when the one works for others.That's why it was said: "A life obtains its meaning from what it did for other lives".
